Spence Saga
Grandma Karen & Grandpa Ron...
Few can bring the warmth... we can find in their embrace,
And little more is needed to bring love, than the smile on their face.

They've a supply of precious stories, yet they've time to wipe a tear,
Or give us reasons to make us laugh, they grow more precious through the years.

I believe that God sent us Grandparents as our legacy from above,
to share the moments of our life, as extra measures of His love.

FUN FAMILY CHRISTMAS PARTY!

We had a very fun family gettogether
where everyone played, opened gifts,
and ate lots of yummy food.

Julie and her girls in their cozy PJs

Waiting patiently to
open presents

All the girls in their PJs

Always the center of attention

Rare moment when Mom
let us take her picture with us

Two darling buddy pals

Cute couple

Chels seems more like a daughter than
a niece, so this is very fitting

There's a lot of preparation in getting ready for family parties
but they're so worth it - especially when they're over
and you know you can sit back and relax!
FUN TIMES!!!

CAN'T BELIEVE WE ATE THE WHOLE THING!

There are many things to be thankful for,
but what I'm most thankful for is
when our family can all get together.
We all ate and ate to our heart's content,
then sat around and visited while all
the cousins played and had fun.

Yummy, whip cream always tastes
better from the fingers!

It's hard to chose from 8 different pies,
but we managed!

All the cousins!

Don't know how Taylor's sleeping
through all the commotion!
Must have eaten a little
too much turkey!

Chan went snowboarding and
has a sunburned nose - guess we'll
call him Rudolph!
Therese & Chad

Asher loves his car -
he loves to ride it
or push it!
He's walking all over the place now!

Can't believe how big he's getting.
Another fun Thanksgiving with the family.
Now the Christmas season will be in full swing!

FUN FALL ACTIVITIES

I love this time of year and spending
time with the grandkids for all the
fun Halloween activities. We went to
the Scarecrow Festival at
Thanksgiving Point where Berkley
got to perform.

Went to Mason's soccer game.
This was his first year
and he made a lot of goals.

Of course, Halloween wouldn't be complete
without going to Frightmares.
Berkley got lost so I
didn't get any pictures of
her and Rachel.

We lucked out on the weather for
all these fun activities.
We just had our first
snowfall of the year,
so it might be time
for some snow activities.

FALL VISIT WITH RON"S COUSINS

Since we've always lived closer
to my relatives than Ron's,
it's not very often we get to see his.
So we were quite delighted when
some of his favorite cousins called
and said they were coming for a visit.
They came when the fall colors
were on, so we drove the Alpine Loop
and got some great pictures.
Since they're from Florida,
they loved our beautiful mountains.

We had a wonderful time.
They definitely got to see much of
our neck of the woods.
It was fun catching up on
the past few years,
and hearing about some of
their childhood memories.
Hope we can do it again soon!
