Spence Saga
Grandma Karen & Grandpa Ron...
Few can bring the warmth... we can find in their embrace,
And little more is needed to bring love, than the smile on their face.

They've a supply of precious stories, yet they've time to wipe a tear,
Or give us reasons to make us laugh, they grow more precious through the years.

I believe that God sent us Grandparents as our legacy from above,
to share the moments of our life, as extra measures of His love.

A Few of My Favorite Things

Some of my favorite
things are
kittens, grandkids, birthdays, swimming and
warm weather! This week we enjoyed all of these things!
Julie ran in the Ogden half marathon, so we watched
the kids for a few days. It was actually warm enough
for them to go swimming! FINALLY!!!
Ethan's Birthday was on Sat. so the kids got to help
celebrate. Chloe & Logan joined in the festivities as well.
Cute Little Buds!

Lots of Fun Presents

Chloe wants to help with Asher looking on!

Yummy Cake and Ice Cream!

Asher definitely enjoyed the cake and ice cream too!

He couldn't quite eat it fast enough with a fork,
so the hands come in handy sometimes!

All Ready for Church

We acquired a 3-week old kitten from a neighbor who
found it abandoned. Bryn absolutely fell in love with
it and wouldn't leave it's side.
She wanted to take it home with her for a few days.
She took it to pre-school and her teacher,
who was a vet's assistant at one time,
knew just how to take care of it and really wanted it.
We decided one of our favorite things is a cute little
kitten, but our next favorite thing is
WHEN SOMEONE ELSE WANTS IT!!!
It didn't take us long to say sure, she can have it.
Bryn will be a little sad, but
it will be in really good hands!

I get to watch Asher every Monday morning while
Lindsay is at school. Since it was a beautiful morning,
I put him in his very own bike seat and we rode up to
the park. (He calls a bike - BOT by the way)
He made friends with a little boy his age named
Brenner. They had so much fun together.
Hopefully, he'll see him again at the park.
Hey, whatcha drinking there? Pop? - think I'll stick
to my juice.

BEING A GRANDPARENT IS SO WONDERFUL!
YOU GET TO SEE THEM FOR A FEW DAYS -
THEN WHEN YOU'RE JUST ABOUT EXHAUSTED,
IT'S TIME FOR THEM TO GO BACK HOME!!!
ANOTHER ONE OF MY FAVORITE THINGS!

Cute pictures momma! Thanks for the kitty..... I guess!
It's really cute, but I sure can't wait to get rid of it. Bryn named "Him" Teacup! He really is a cute lil thing. He has really unique coloring. We're bottle feeding him for another week and then he'll be big enough for solids. ....... what a week!
