Spence Saga
Grandma Karen & Grandpa Ron...
Few can bring the warmth... we can find in their embrace,
And little more is needed to bring love, than the smile on their face.

They've a supply of precious stories, yet they've time to wipe a tear,
Or give us reasons to make us laugh, they grow more precious through the years.

I believe that God sent us Grandparents as our legacy from above,
to share the moments of our life, as extra measures of His love.

Finally Bryn's turn at Bear Lake

Ron and I are brave souls - we took our 3 youngest grandkids
to our cabin. This was Bryn's first time there this summer -
and they had so much fun together!

The first thing Bryn did was set up all her toys -
we made a bed for her in her fort and
she slept with all her stuffed animals

Pap Pap's Buddy

Love Bryn's toothless smile

Mason's in heaven when he can ride the 4-wheeler

Bryn totally trusts Mason since he's such a cautious driver

Love Asher's expression

Bryn holding on tight

Our little tomboy Bryn catching bugs in a container.
Asher's helping her look for critters.

She managed to catch a grasshopper - so proud of her treasure!

It doesn't get better than this -
Asher enjoying an ORANGE coolpop!

Bryn relaxing on the hammock watching a movie

Mason is swinging them and Asher is
giggling into the hammock

So glad we brought his bike so he could ride around on the deck

Ahh....our cute little cowgirl!

Asher playing with his toys on the carport

Mason and I were playing cards while
Bryn was busy playing with Asher
when I heard her say.....OK the rock
museum is open. They had gathered
rocks of all shapes and sizes and arranged them
in different containers.

I told Asher to smile so he stood up and gave us this cheesy grin

Bryn's trying to get Asher to look at the camera

Getting one last ride in before sunset

Love how a little bit of light is peeking through the clouds
and reflecting on the lake!

We ended up not taking the boat out.
For some reason we just felt like relaxing
and hanging out at the cabin.  Mason is
my little card buddy and a lucky one at that.
I think he won most of our games!
Bryn and Asher were great little buddies.
Mason gets such a kick out of Asher.
On the way home, Asher started doing his
raspberry routine and I've never heard Mason
laugh so hard. This went on for at least a half hour.
It definitely made the trip go faster for them!
