Spence Saga
Grandma Karen & Grandpa Ron...
Few can bring the warmth... we can find in their embrace,
And little more is needed to bring love, than the smile on their face.

They've a supply of precious stories, yet they've time to wipe a tear,
Or give us reasons to make us laugh, they grow more precious through the years.

I believe that God sent us Grandparents as our legacy from above,
to share the moments of our life, as extra measures of His love.

Celebrated Thanksgiving Twice

It's one thing to have one Thanksgiving Dinner
at your house, but we actually had two this year.
We had 20 people from my
side of the family on Thanksgiving.
Ron's family came a week later
and we celebrated it a second time
with 10 people and 4 dogs!
So I'm doubly thankful this year for the
blessing of family!

Tastes better on the tray anyway!

Group picture squinting in the sun - at least it was sunny!

I checked to see what Bryn and Chloe were up to
and they were in the tub playing with all their
little critters.

~They even arranged them in the blinds~

Now for the 2nd Group!
We did another full on turkey dinner
with all the trimmings!
Definitely diet time!

Steve, Gramps, Eryn, Darcy, Don and Noel

~The whole gang on the couch~
Don't know how we fit
with all the eating we did!

Went to Berkley and Bryn's recital
Berkley is doing a solo dance - so brave!
She did a beautiful job!

Bryn loves to dance too - following
in her big sister's footsteps

It's been a few years since we've all been together
with Ron's family.
We packed so much in in such a short time.
We went to the Festival of the Trees,
movies - Breaking Dawn and Hugo,
the girl's Dance Recital and Christmas Boutique.
Plus lots of eating and visiting and listening
to Christmas music
football games and did I mention eating!!!
Nothing is better than family getting together!
Great way to start off
the holiday season!
