Spence Saga
Grandma Karen & Grandpa Ron...
Few can bring the warmth... we can find in their embrace,
And little more is needed to bring love, than the smile on their face.

They've a supply of precious stories, yet they've time to wipe a tear,
Or give us reasons to make us laugh, they grow more precious through the years.

I believe that God sent us Grandparents as our legacy from above,
to share the moments of our life, as extra measures of His love.

Granddaughter's Birthday

Last Saturday we celebrated Berkley's 10th Birthday. It seems like yesterday, she was still in her mother's arms.

It's fun to look back at baby pictures. Can't believe how much
Bryn & Berkley looked alike at that age.
And here's a baby picture of Julie to compare.
(cute little double chin!)
Berkley's picture 2 years ago.
Last year's school picture. (sorry about the white splotch - my scanner isn't working so I had to take a picture of the picture and this white spot appeared.)

Bryn & Berkley at Jeremy's wedding. (they're such good buds!)
We had so much fun celebrating her birthday. She had a sleepover here with her friend Rachel. We took them out to eat and to a movie. The next day we went shopping and she picked out some cute clothes. I couldn't ask for a cuter, sweeter, more fun-loving granddaughter than Berkley.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEETIE!

You make the rest of us look like lazy grandparents. You are such a great grandma. I don't know of anyone that spends more time with their grandkids then you. Keep up the good work.
